This policy explains what information NFCverse collects when you use this site, why we collect it, and how you can control it. We collect only what's needed to run the shop and respond to you — we don't sell your data, and we don't run advertising trackers.
Who we are
NFCverse is operated by Tannous Investment LTD., based in Nicosia, Northern Cyprus. For any privacy question or request, reach us at nfcverseshop@gmail.com.
Information we collect
Account & login: if you sign in as a customer, we collect your phone number to send a one-time verification code over WhatsApp. Orders: when you check out, we collect your name, phone number, shipping address, and any notes you add — used only to fulfil that order. Inquiries: our contact and "request a custom order" forms collect your WhatsApp number and message. Admin accounts: staff who manage the store have an email, password, and phone number on file for account security — this doesn't apply to shoppers.
Cookies
We use a single functional cookie to keep you signed in (as a customer or, for staff, as an admin). We don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and we don't run any third-party trackers on this site.
How we use your information
To create and fulfil your orders, to verify it's really you when you sign in, to respond to messages you send us, and to protect the site from abuse (for example, limiting repeated login or order attempts from the same number).
Payments
Checkout currently collects shipping details only — payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp after you order, and we never see or store your payment details this way. If online card payments are enabled in the future, they'll be processed directly by Stripe; your card details go straight to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
Sharing your information
We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only where necessary to run the shop: with our hosting provider (to keep the site running), and, once you place an order, with delivery/courier partners so your order can be shipped to you.
How long we keep it
We keep order and account records for as long as needed to fulfil orders, meet accounting/legal obligations, and resolve any disputes, and delete or anonymize them when that's no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time — email nfcverseshop@gmail.com and we'll get back to you.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the update.
